For fans of the Left 4 Dead series: should there be a game to explain how the infection got out, where it started, and how it got to where it is? My answer is yes. I’d love to know when and where the infection started and how it came about. Did infected civilians go to where there was no infection and infect all the other disinfected? And how did these Special Infected start out? Was the Boomer skinny before? Was the Witch happy at first? Did the Tank ever NOT take ‘roids? Get to work, Valve!

Should JRPGs (or any game for that matter) with great graphics on their previous console dumb it down to take on the PSP or the Nintendo DS? My answer: no. If Final Fantasy or Kingdom Hearts developer Square Enix wants to make a great game on a smaller system, I’d want that system to get upgraded. Of course I want my PlayStation Portable still being able to be on the go or my Nintendo DualScreen to travel in my fanny pack but C’MON! At least make systems capable of handling better graphics so my Dissidia doesn’t look like it just came from Atari.

For me to buy a game, artwork is everything. To market new games, the game play trailers should be beautiful as should the artwork. I get sick and tired of staring at a screen playing this awesome game with bad graphics. Put more effort in what you do, game developers.

And don’t think I forgot about you PS3 and 360; It’s only just begun. Please Sony and Microsoft, don’t start making new consoles when we’re just getting used to these lovely pieces of art! The games are wonderful and the world isn’t ready for another console to hit the market when we’ve already busted our wallets open buying your previous one. You’ll only lose business. Not gain it. All I’m saying is wait another year or two! Or three…or four…
